Alex Phua
Alex has more than 16 years of professional experience in advisory for corporates,  business development, and planning as well as strategic planning for family offices in the region.He has advised on transactions with a total deal flow in excess of USD$500m.
Alex’s previous roles included time at Gema Group, Ernst & Young. Alex's experience is across many sectors including oil & gas, commodities, real estate, industrial manufacturing, telecommunications and international trade; operating primarily as a financial and operational advisor. 
Presently based in Singapore where he oversees CLEARWATER CAPITAL on a full time basis. Alex's is a Director of the company where he oversees the operations of the business. 
Alex has a degree from the London School of Economics and is active in the community with committee positions in the Ulu Pandan Grassroots, the Singapore Island Country Club and the Tanglin Club. ​

Eugene Oei 
Eugene has more than 24 yeas of experience working across Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand operating as a finance professional.
He has held executive and director positions in both private and public companies and has advised many family offices as well. He specializes in business development and fund raising and has operated as portfolio manager for both buy and sell sides on behalf of financial institutions, he has overseen deal flow in excess of USD$500m over his career.
Eugene has held Hong Kong SFC Licenses Type 1 & 4 and has operated under a  Type 9 license. 
Eugene is presently based in Singapore at CLEARWATER CAPITAL as portfolio director and drives investor relations for the funds that are managed.
​Eugene has a degree from Hawaii Pacific University in addition to other industry qualifications. Eugene is an avid golfer and is passionate about the game. He is active in the community and holds committee and advisory roles for golfing in Singapore and the region. 

Tim Lai
​Lai Looi Thein has more than a decade of experience in portfolio management.
Beginning a career in Chevron where he worked from the bottom-up specialising in physical trading before moving to commodities contracts. He spent 4 years in Standard Charted Bank in commodity trading back office before progressing to Kingsda International and Anan International Limited (formerly CFEC Singapore Pte Ltd) where he oversaw both paper commodity and physical commodity trading in Asia and Europe.
He is regarded as a specialist at commodity trading and long dated equities and has managed more than $400million in active positions and has delivered outsized returns over his past decade in active portfolio management.
Lai is presently in CLEARWATER CAPITAL as a portfolio manager. His responsibilities are to manage portfolios to achieve the outcomes as desired by client mandates. 
Lai has a degree from the University of London with a BSc in Management. Lai is married with children and outside of work  is a regular golfer and enjoys travelling. 

Terence Lim 
Terence has had more than 20 years of corporate and business experience. He holds multiple directorships across companies in Singapore and in China. He began his professional career as an auditor at Ernst & Young before joining his family office in 1997 where he helped See Hup Seng do their successful Initial Public Offering in 1998.
He then served as an executive director in the company till 2006 where he left to form Paliy Marine Engineering Pte Ltd. He has considerable experience with fund raising and dealing with institutions, he has overseen projects with a collective value of around USD$500m.
Terence is in CLEARWATER CAPITAL as a company Director where he helps to oversee out internal processes. 
He is a qualified auditor and is a Certified Public Accountant (ASCPA) and holds a BoC from University of Western Australia. He is married with children.
